About Us

Power & Grace Gymnastics Center, established in 1999, is a premier gymnastics facility serving Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas in South Dakota and Iowa. We offer a wide range of classes and teams for all ages and skill levels. Our offerings include competitive teams, cheerleading programs, advanced and beginner classes, adult gymnastics, birthday parties, special events like Rumble in the Jungle, and much more. Our state-of-the-art facility features top-notch equipment and experienced coaches dedicated to helping every athlete achieve their full potential. We’ve had a great experience with Power and Grace Gymnastics and have used their gymnastics program for all three of our boys over the years. One of the things I’ve appreciated most about the program is how well it has helped build a foundation that carried over into other activities as they’ve gotten older. The smaller class sizes and controlled environment helped our boys learn structure, follow directions, build coordination, and become comfortable participating in organized activities. We’ve seen those skills benefit them as they’ve transitioned into other sports and programs. As a parent with three kids involved in different activities, I also really appreciate the wide variety of class times Power and Grace offers. Having that flexibility has made it much easier to fit gymnastics into an already busy family schedule. Overall, Power and Grace has been a great starting point for all three of our boys, and we’ve seen the long-term benefits of the program firsthand. I would definitely recommend them to families with younger children who are looking for a structured, positive environment that can help build skills they’ll carry into whatever activities they pursue next.
